Hi and welcome!

We are all unique and carry the wisdom we need inside for healing and change. Therapy is a place to reconnect with your inner resource within a safe and supportive process. I bring to this work a truly caring presence of compassionate guidance and a deep sense of inquiry.

Together we will understand and transform shame, pain, and the impacts of trauma. Build your sense of self-acceptance, courage to live your unique life, reclaim your authenticity, trust your inner wisdom, and feel a sense of connection both within yourself and in relationships.

I work well with creatives, healers, therapists, artists, queer and non-conventional people who are on their path of healing. I’m a Licensed Psychotherapist and Certified Internal Family Systems Therapist offering telehealth sessions to all of California.

BACKGROUND

After graduating Massachusetts College of Art in 2004, I moved west to Portland, OR. In Portland I became aware of a variety of healing modalities that were the seeds which led me to pursue a career in psychotherapy. Among the teachers and traditions that have influenced me and continue to inspire me are: Reiki, Naturopathy, Acupuncture, Shamanism, Alexander Technique, Body-Mind Centering, Feldenkrais, yoga, flower essences, mindfulness meditation, sound healing, dream work, Contact Improvisation and Authentic Movement.

I earned my MA in Counseling Psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute, a school grounded in Depth Psychology with the mindset of caring for individuals and the community alike. Since my graduate studies I have continued to immerse myself in contemporary and inclusive trainings. I’m trained in evidence based practices such as non-violent communication, Internal Family Systems (IFS), mindfulness, attachment theory, relational and somatic models of psychotherapy.
